I'm not really sure how to begin this so I'll just kind of empty my brain onto the screen. If things sound a little random,
bear with me. Sometimes I wonder about what peopel mean when they say "the real world". Most of us live pretty sheltered lives
so I don't think you can really call that the real world. In fact, only a few people actually experience "the real world"
in their lives. Some of these people, I think, are soldiers. I think this is true because they actually experience the worst
of humankind. They see what really lie beneath the carefully erected facade we live behind. Most ordinary people rarely get
a glimpse of what life is really like outside their offices and cubicles and insignificant jobs. Because most jobs are really
insignificant on the grand scale of things. The people who make a difference in the world would like to believe that they
have made a huge dent in the grand scheme of things, but maybe they haven't. people look for meaning in their lives and some
are really dissapointed when they seemingly find none. But what if they've just missed their purpose, their place in the grand
scheme of things. Hmm.......
